ICC Membership registration

* Applied for small enterprise - A small enterprise, in the definition of Commission Recommendation 2003/361 / EC, means any entity engaged in an economic activity, irrespective of its legal form, which employs less than 50 employees and whose annual turnover or balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 10 million. For the purpose of the ICC membership is a bank, a law office or an insurance company not considered as a small business. The new applicant has to demonstrate the small business status by a honorary statement.

By submitting, filling or otherwise providing personal information (especially name, surname, address, telephone number, date of birth and portraits) to the National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic (the ICC) a member of the ICC or a participant in an event organized by ICC CR approves the classification of these personal data in the database of ICC CR and potential post-processing of these data (including through a third authorised person ) for the purpose of providing the services and products of the ICC, the operation of the internal agenda of the ICC and the sending of commercial messages. The above personal data are thus provided for an indefinite period, until cancelled.

Consent to the processing of personal data
A future member of the ICC hereby acknowledges that he has rights in accordance with § 11 and 21 of the Act. No. 101/2000 Coll., i.e. in particular: the provision of data is voluntary; the consent can be cancelled at any time by contacting the ICC Czech Republic; a registered person have the right of access to personal data and to rectify these personal data, block incorrect personal data, their disposal, etc.
